An amendment to prohibit the use of funds for procurement in connection with the European Distribution System Aircraft until the Inspector General of the Department of Defense certifies that the employment practices of the contractor selected meet applicable U.S. laws regarding discrimination on the basis of religion or race, and that the selection of the contractor was not determined by prior foreign sales of U.S. produced defense equipment.
