An amendment making the following changes: 1) Strikes funds for the Ras Banas Rapid Deployment Force facilities, 2) reducing from $16 million to $13.6 million funds for the Steam distribution line, Naval Station, Charleston, South Carolina, 3) strikes funds for municipal sewer connection construction, Naval Submarine Base, New London, Connecticut, 4) provides $6,500,000 for industrial waste collection and treatment construction, Long Beach Naval Shipyard, Long Beach, California, 5) provides $1.5 million for aircraft maintenance hanger addition, Naval Air Facility, Sigonella, Italy. In addition the amendment makes numerous tehnical changes.
