An amendment to add that the types of commodities made available to State agencies are not to be limited by the Secretary on the basis of the types of eligible organizations in the states requesting the commodities. It also permits the reimbursement to States for the costs of storing, transporting, handling, and distributing commodities to eligible nonemergency organizations, if funds are available after such reimbursement for providing commodities to eligible emergency organizations.
