An amendment to add that commodities provided under this act shall be distributed by means of a system developed by the Secretary of Agriculture and State agencies. Eligible organizations are required to acknowledge receipt of the commodities and eligible individuals shall be provided the commodities in exchange for commodity coupons distributed under the food stamp program pursuant to rules and regulations issued by the Secretary of Agriculture.
