An amendment to the Zablocki amendment to increase to $2,272,400,000 funds for Army procurement of ammunition. This is $100,000 less than in the bill. Also the amendment stipulates that funds may be used for establishment of a production base for binary chemical munitions and procurement of components for binary chemical artillery projectiles, but may not be used for actual production of such munitions before October 1, 1985.
