An amendment to provide that "None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for administrative expenses in connection with the proposed redirection of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program" and that "None of the funds made available by this Act shall be available for Administrative expenses to reduce the number of Customs Service regions below seven during fiscal year 1984".
