Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to specify that certain lands in the Klamath National Forest, known as the Dillon Creek Further Planning Area, are to be considered for all uses, including wilderness, during preparing of a forest plan for the Klamath National Forest. The amendment sets out conditions for use of the land while the plan is being prepared. The plan is to be submitted to Congress and unless Congress changes the plan with in 180 days of submission, it is to go into effect as submitted.
