An amendment to add to substitute a new text for Section 3. The amendment changes the title of the Section from "Monache Wilderness Study Area" to "Monache Planning Area". It also adds that until Congress determines otherwise, timber volumes within the planning area designated by this section shall be included in the base used to determine potential yield for the national forest concerned.
