- Purpose
- To provide that none of the funds appropriated be used to support any recipient that fails to ensure that its officers and employees do not (a) identify the Legal Services Corporation with any partisan or nonpartisan political activity or the campaign of any candidate, and (b) engage in activities that are prohibited to employees in an Executive agency by 5 U.S.C. Secs. 7321-7327, or the regulations promulgated thereunder.
