- To require a report from the Secretary of Defense, in conjunction with other agencies, regarding the current efforts to educate youth of military personnel in schools operated by the Department of Defense concerning drug and substance abuse, and to further require that the Secretary report on the feasibility of requiring drug prevention peer counseling to youth in such schools from grades K through 12.
