At the end of the bill add the following: \ SEC. . REPORT ON EFFECTS ON PACIFIC SALMON STOCKS OF CERTAIN TIMBER HARVESTING IN CANADA. \ The Secretary, in conjunction with other Federal agencies, shall by not later than December 31 of each year report to the Congress to the best of the ability of the Secretary regarding the effects on Pacific Salmon stocks of timber harvesting on publicly owned lands in British Columbia.
