- To provide that none of the funds available to the Department of Defense be obligated or expended for new contracts or subcontracts entered into by any military department with the General Dynamics Corp. or any of its subsidiaries until the Secretary of Defense reports to the appropriate committees of Congress that the Department of Defense intends to remove the suspension of either the entire company or any individual subsidiary.
