- To provide that no funds shall be available to the Office of Management and Budget for revising, curtailing or otherwise amending the administrative and/or regulatory methodology employed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to assure compliance with 27 United States Code, section 205 (Federal Alcohol Administration Act), or with regulations, rulings or forms promulgated thereunder.
