- Purpose
- Providing that, if the price of the 1985 crop of cottonseed is adversely affected as a result of any amendment made by the Agriculture, Food, Trade, and Conservation Act of 1985 to the 1985 soybean program authorized by the Agricultural Act of 1949, the Secretary of Agriculture shall implement a program providing for fair and equitable treatment for the cottonseed industry.
