- To provide that the Secretary of Agriculture may furnish commodities eligible for distribution under section 416(b) of the Agriculture Act of 1949 in connection with (1) concessional sales agreements entered into under Title I of the Agricultural Trade Development Act of 1954 or other statutes, or (2) agricultural export bonus or promotion programs carried out under the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act or other statutes.
