- Purpose
- Providing that the Farm Credit Administration shall take no action that would result in the liquidation or merger of any Federal land bank association or production credit association unless such liquidation or merger was approved by the stockholders of the association prior to November 14, 1985 or after December 31, 1985, with the exception of the Eighth Federal Farm Credit District, in Omaha, Nebraska, in which no elections may be certified, no charters may be issued, and no associations may liquidated, prior to December 20, 1985.
