- Purpose
- Providing that any litigation relating to permits of the Administrator issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Solid Waste Disposal Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, and this Act, and for which such permitted facilities would guarantee the availability of treatment, incineration, or disposal capacity of at least 25 percent for Superfund wastes shall be afforded priority consideration over other civil litigation by the respective United States Court of Appeals having jurisdiction over the litigation.
