- Purpose
- To provide that, whenever any action is brought under Section 505(c) in a court of the United States, the plaintiff shall provide a copy of the complaint to the Attorney General of the United States and to the Administrator, and that no consent judgment shall be entered in an action brought under the section in which the United States is not a party prior to 45 days following receipt of a copy of the proposed consent judgment by the Attorney General and the Administrator.
