- Purpose
- To provide that the Chicago tunnel and reservoir project may receive grants without regard to the allocations limitation if the Administrator determines that such project meets the cost-effectiveness requirements of sections 217 and 218 without any redesign or reconstruction, and the Governor of the affected State demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Administrator the water quality benefits of such project.
