- Authorizing the Secretary of the Army to sell and convey, at the appraised fair market value as determined by the Secretary, all right, title, and interests of the United States in up to 45 acres of land and improvements northeast of Kalia road, comprising a portion of Fort DeRussy, Hawaii, to the City and County of Honolulu or the State of Hawaii, or their designated agencies, upon such terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Secretary.
