Amendments en bloc to: provide for upgrading the A-10 Weapons Delivery System; strengthen coordination among Defense Research facilities and other organizations in the Defense Department; prohibit joint use of Gray Army Airfield with Civil Aviation; give preference to U.S. agricultural products in commissary food purchases; direct the Secretary of Defense to submit a report on variable housing allowance recapture provisions: direct the Secretary to Submit to Congress a report on the imbalance of representation of religious faiths in the Armed Forces; provide transportation for dependents and household effects for certain members of the Armed Forces; extend the time for use of Public Health Service hospitals as facilities of the Uniformed Services; add a prohibition on contracts for performance of firefighting and security functions; provide for a limitation on implementation of health care reform intiatives.
