Amendments to reduce funding for the Navajo and Hopi Relocation Commission, salaries and expenses, by $46,000; to provide that of the funds appropriated for salaries and expenses, not less than $492,000 shall be used for pre- and post-move counselling; and to limit to $410,000 the amount for salaries and expenses for personnel compensation and benefits of the Office of Policy Direction for the Commission.
