An amendment in the nature of a substitute to prohibit any U.S. person or corporation from investing in, importing from, or exporting to South Africa; to require immediate withdrawal or disinvestment of all U.S. assets in South Africa; to prohibit imports of all articles grown and produced in South Africa except of goods, technology, or information; and to permanently ban the importation of gold Krugerrands.
