An amendment to eliminate provisions of the bill which allow the City of Boston to keep proceeds from the sale of urban development land which was not developed, which provide funding for completion of housing in Texas under a now defunct community development program, and which forgive accrued interest on certain excess funds advanced to a Pittsburgh PHA for the development of public housing.
