An amendment to require that notice be provided stating that testing is voluntary and prohibiting questions dealing with an individual's sexual preference (except in certain cases), political, religious, or labor rights views, and permitting employees to terminate the exam at any time. Guarantees that individuals subjected to polygraph tests be furnished a copy of the results, and specifies that no action may be taken based solely on the results of such testing.
