An amendment to exempt from the prohibition against the administration of polygraph test, employees who work as armored car guards, public transportation police, security alarm personnel, security guards at nuclear and electric power producing facilities; security guards who deal with the shipment or storage of radioactive or toxic waste, currency, negotiable securities, precious commodities or instruments, and proprietary information.
