An amendment to change the eligibility requirements for assistance for Special Child Care Service for Disadvantaged College Students. The bill required that the institution applying for assistance certify that not less than two thirds of the program participants are low income individuals who are first generation college students. The amendment strikes the requirement that they be first generation college students.
