An amendment to require the Secretary of HHS through the Centers for Disease Control to conduct a study of sexually transmitted diseases (including AIDS) on college campuses. Consultation with local and State public health authorities, institutions of higher education, and Department of Education is required. Distribution to institutions of higher education is required of any information found in the studies that may help prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
