An amendment to sec. 1151, Elk Creek Lake provisions. The amendment strikes langauge that requires the Secretary in evaluating the project to add hydroelectic power as a project purpose if it is determined that it will increase the benefits to costs ratio using the rate of interest at the time the project is authorized. This adds simply that the evaluation of the project is to be completed by 3/1/86.
