An amendment to add that the Secretary shall promptly transfer to the responsibility of the Corps of Engineers district engineer in Albuquerque, New Mexico, those portions of the State of New Mexico that, as of the date of enactment of this Act, are under the responsibility of the district engineers in Sacramento, California, and Los Angeles, California.
