Amendments en bloc to add funds for military personnel accounts: Army from $21,718,923,000 to $21,761,423,000; Navy from $16,446,673,000 to $16,472,073,000; Marine Corps from $5,025,377,000 to $5,041,377,000; and Air Force from $18,275,085,000 to $18,341,185,000. The intent of the increases is to add funds for moving allowances. It also strikes restrictions in the bill on the use of travel funds (sec. 8064). The striken restrictions prohibited use of funds for transportation of dependent students of military personnel stationed overseas among the contiguous States.
