And it adds projects: Sewage system, Naval Training Center, Orlando, FL, $2,760,000, Physical fitness training center, Fort Hunter, Liggett, CA, $1,000,000; Child care center, Fort Polk, LA, $3,000,000; Physical fitness training center, Sierra Army Depot, CA, $2,200,000; and Special Process Laboratories, Fort Meade, MD, $39,100,000.
