A substitute amendment to the Udall amendment. The amendment sets the rental rate for the lands leased by the City of Tucson to the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base at $773 annually. It also provides that exact acreage to be conveyed by the City by the Air Force is to be determined by survey to be paid for by the City. The land must be used as a public park.
