An amendment to make technical changes in section 816 which provides for transfers of land under the Secretary of the Army by authorizing the Administrator of General Services to transfer the land (the bill had made no mention of the Administrator). It also reduces from 15 to 10.5 acres the land to be transferred at Fort McNair.
