Amendments en bloc to terminate the land extension authority of the Secretary under section 808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act of 1983 on October 1, 1990. It also requires the Secretary of the Navy to transfer without reimbursement to the VA 15.31 acres of land at the Pensacola, Florida Naval Air Station. The land is to become part of the Barrancas National Cemetary.
