CLERK read an amendment adding a provision requiring the Commission to include in its comments its determination as to whether any portion of any differential which cannot be accounted for by the application of job content and economic analyses may be inconsistent with the general policy that race, sex, and ethnicity should not be among the factors considered in determining any rate of pay.
