An amendment to the provisions on the annual report on family farms to include 1) an assessment of how economic policies and trade policies of the U.S. affect the financial operation of and prospects for family farm operations, 2) assessment of the effect of Federal farm programs and policies on family farms and non family farms which a) derive the majority of their income from nonfarm sources, and b) derive the majority of their income from farming operations.
