An amendment to expand the conditions under which eligible commodities may be provided under the provisions for the use of surplus commodities in international trade programs. It adds that they may be furnished in connection with a) concessional sales agreements b) agricultural export bonus or promotion programs and c) with agreements by recipient countries to acquire additional U.S. commodities from the U.S. through commercial arrangements.
