Amendment99th Congress
An amendment to require the Secretary of Agriculture to submit a report to the President and to Congress that describes in detail any tariff, import restriction, or other similar trade practice and any export subsidy, export restitution payment, export incentive, export reimbursement of similar trade practice used by each foreign nation during the preceding fiscal year that has the effect of prohibiting or otherwise harming exportation of American agricultural commodities. This is to be an annual report through 1990.
