Amendments en bloc to 1) set the marketing year under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, for corn as September 1 - August 31 (it is at present October 1 - September 30) and 2) add a section providing for confidentiality of information for analysis. No officer or employee of the Department of Agriculture, including the Secretary, may release information collected for statistical analysis in any form that would reveal the identity of the individual who supplied the particular information.
