An amendment to strikes the milk support language in the bill substituting new provisions. It sets the milk support level at $11.60/hundredweight with criteria for reducing that level by $.50 per year until 1990. It also strikes section 216 of Title II, Congressional evaluation or the cost of production schedule. And the amendment strikes the marketwide service payments provisions of the bill (sec. 234).
