An amendment to add a new section requiring the Secretary to conduct an analysis of program requirements under the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to identify program changes that would simplify program operation at the local level. Within one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall report the results of such analysis, together with any recommendations or proposals for legislation, to the appropriate committees of the Congress.
