Under VA cuts are those involving medical care, medical and prosthetic research, administration and miscellaneous operating expenses, general operating expenses, major construction, minor construction, grants for construction of state extended care facilities, state veterans cemeteries grants, Philippines grants, and the loan guaranty revolving fund.
