Amendments en bloc reducing funding for NASA and the NSF. The reductions affect NASA: research and development; space flight, control and data communications; construction of facilities; and research and program management. In the NSF the reductions affect GSA security guard services, the U.S. Antarctic program activities, and conference room rental for the science education activities. The intent of the amendment is to keep funding at last year's levels.
