An amendment stipulating that of the funds of Title III, Department of Energy, Energy Supply, Research and Development Activities, $36,000,000 is to be available only for the Advanced High Temperature Gas Reactor, $5,000,000 only for the Nuclear Civilian Reactor Development University Research Program, and not more than $4,700,000 is to be used for the Water Cooled Breeder Reactor Technology.
