Amendment99th Congress
An amendment to establish a Federal Coal Export Commission composed of 30 members appointed by the Secretary of Commerce. All Federal departments and agencies are authorized to cooperate with the Commission. It is to convene at least four times a year for consultation on activities leading to increased cooperation among entities involved in U.S. coal exports with the goal of expanding the U.S. share in the international coal market.
