Amendment99th Congress
An amendment prohibiting aid under this bill, the Agricultural Trade Development & Assistance Act of 1954, the Peace Corps Act, or the Arms Export Control Act to any country that 1) grants sanctuary from prosecution to any individual or group which has committed an act of international terrorism, or 2) otherwise supports international terrorism. The amendment also contains presidential waiver provisions.
