An amendment stating that the U.S. Information Agency shall explicitly recommend to each student receiving a scholarship under the bill for study at a college or university, that the student enroll in and pass a course which studies the classics of American political thought or which otherwise emphasizes the ideas, principles, and documents upon which the U.S. was founded.
