An amendment to prohibit use of funds in the bill to be used for research, development, testing, evaluation, or procurement associated with a nuclear variant of the Standard Missile 2(N) (SM-2(N)), the W81 warhead for the Standard Missile 2(N), or any other nuclear warhead for the Standard Missile 2(N). It requires a report by 2/15/86 on the circumstances for use of these missiles and the likely enemy response among other matters.
