An amendment placing a limitation on members of the Armed Forces in Honduras. It prohibits use of funds in the bill for use of U.S. armed forces in any land area of Honduras that is 20 nautical miles off the land border of Nicaragua and Honduras. The amendment provides exceptions such as declared war by the U.S. and clear and present danger to U.S. citizens.
